Fitness professionals worldwide understand the importance of core training. The Resist-A-Ball® C.O.R.E. Education Program is the ticket to core training. With an array of exercises based on the stability ball, you will increase your skills and keep your members and clients coming back for more.

Mike and Stephanie Morris pioneered stability ball education more than 10 years ago. Their goal then is the same as it is now- to educate athletes and fitness enthusiasts on how to build core strength, flexibility, and balance to enhance their lives and reduce the risk of injury.

Resist-A-Ball® C.O.R.E. Education Programs offers two levels of instructor training in addition to specialty workshops such as Yoga, Pilates, and Prenatal exercise. Continuing education courses that are formatted to provide immediate usage for your personal training clients or group exercise classes are available as well.

Resist-A-Ball® C.O.R.E. Instructor - Level ONE
5 Hours. CECs: ACE, ACSM, NASM, & NSCA (.5); AFAA , NETA, NATA (5); AEA (3); NCSF (2) This course is designed to teach participants the benefits of stability ball training and to offer practical, hands-on instruction for the strength and flexibility exercises recommended for beginning a stability ball program. Participants will learn the proper execution, progression, teaching techniques, and cueing for the selected exercises. No prior experience is necessary to attend this workshop. This course is recommended as a prerequisite for all other Resist-A-Ball® training courses.

Resist-A-Ball® C.O.R.E. Instructor - Level TWO
5 Hours. CECs: ACE, ACSM, NASM & NSCA (.5); AFAA, NETA, NATA (5); AEA (3); NCSF (2.5) This practical, hands-on workshop includes an in-depth analysis of the more challenging exercises that require more core stabilization, strength and balance. Participants will experience how the Resist-A-Ball® becomes a unique, portable, and dynamic bench with the addition of free weights. The course includes a variety of stretches to complement more advanced strength exercises. Resist-A-Ball® C.O.R.E. Instructor Level ONE or experience in stability ball training is recommended as a prerequisite to this course.

YOGA with Resist-A-Ball® Specialty Workshop
5 Hours. CECs: ACE, ACSM (.5); AFAA, NETA, NATA (5); AEA (3); NCSF (2.5) Learn to enhance the mind and body benefits of yoga with Resist-A-Ball®. This course helps instructors to develop classes that blend Resist-A-Ball® training with classic Hatha yoga postures. These exercises promote flexibility and increase strength while participants experience yoga in a whole new light. The Yoga with Resist-A-Ball® workshop provides the tools you need to create an invigorating workout that strengthens the body and soothes the mind.

PILATES With Resist-A-Ball® Specialty Workshop
5 Hours. CECs: ACE, ACSM (.5); AFAA, NETA, NATA (5); AEA (3); NCSF (2.5) Learn to enhance the body-toning benefits of Pilates™ with Resist-A-Ball®. You'll learn a series of 34 mat-based Pilates™ exercises designed to sculpt a leaner, tighter body. The acquired controlled, non-impact movements work together to improve core strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility.
